Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo – PUC/SP (1981). Master (1992) and Doctor (2005) in Labor Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo – PUC/SP.
– Professor of Labor Law and Collective Labor Law in the undergraduate course at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP) since 1986.
– Invited Professor of Specialization Courses at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP) and Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/SP).
– President of the São Paulo Labor Lawyers Association – 2009/2010 biennium, vice president for the Southeast of ABRAT- Brazilian Labor Lawyers Association – 2011/2012 biennium.
– Current member of the Paulista Academy of Labor Law. Author of the book “Labor Law in the Third Sector”, published by Editora Saraiva.
