Pedro Paulo Teixeira Manus
– Born in São Paulo, capital, on March 12, 1951. He holds a bachelor's degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the Faculty of Law of the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo.
– Specialized in Labor Law and Civil Law at Università Degli Studi di Roma - Italy (1974/1975).
– In addition to a master's degree in Labor Law from the University of São Paulo (1984), he has a PhD in Labor Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (1995).
– As a servant of the Regional Labor Court of the 2nd Region, he was chief of staff of the Presidency (1974), appraiser justice officer (1976/1980) and judge advisor (1975/1980). He was a member of the National Commission on Labor Law and Relations of the Ministry of Labor and Employment (1995/1998 and 2003).
– In 1980, he was appointed as a substitute labor judge of the TRT of the 2nd Region and, later, promoted to presiding judge of the 14th Board of Conciliation and Judgment of São Paulo (1983), substitute judge summoned (1987) and titular judge of the TRT of the 2nd Region (1992).
